They are all good. But, like you said they are staying the same. That's not always a bad thing though.
A little bit of criticism:
Some of them are a little too bright. I'd lower it a little bit, but for most of these it works well.
In most cases your text is very good, but some of them, it draws attention away from your render.
The top one would have to be my favorite. It is very well worked, and I love the colors. (I'm also a ME2 player, so I got a soft spot for Shepard
)
Last bit of advice: Look up some tutorials. DeviantArt has so many tutorials that can help immensely.

Yeeeah. . .not your best. The specks look out of place, maybe they'd look better if they were colored.
As well, the background just looks overall, too busy.

My main issue i have right now is that i can't seem to find good c4ds no matter how many packs/gigabytes of c4d files i download.
and yeah that infamous one is kind of bad

You should really add more details to them cause they are really empty. Also as I have said already you should improve on the colors as they don't look that good.

You clearly don't seem to realize that some colors fit with others and some not. Google some tut's
