This might sound stupid but can you make a tutorial on borders? im horrible at them and im sure there is an easier way that what I do.

is it supposed to look like a reflection behind him? Because that's what I get from it :3

A bit simple imo.

lol sure thing, ive never made a tut but i know all the basics on photoshop ( other than pentoolin & i need touch ups on my text xD )

I know most things on photoshop im horrible at borders how u do it?

heres how i do it:
i select the whole pic ( Ctrl + A ) on a new layer
then i go up to edit - stroke - make my size
( usualy 1 - 3 pixels for short borders ) - click center - continue. [:
