Yesterday a huge tornado swept through a town called Joplin Missouri (USA)
It is said to have been three quarters a mile wide (about 6/7 a kilometer[?]) and traveled on the ground for more than six miles, completely destroying the poor town.
Over 112 people are dead and another seventy are reported missing while the injuries, physical, emotional, and spiritual are immeasurable.
This was just fifty miles away from where I live and we only lost a few limbs in the trees.
More storms are expected there tonight, adding insult to injury.

My heart goes out to all of the poor people effected and I hope that they make it okay.
