I don't know what CC stand for but all togther I like it 
One thing i don't really like the big image of a scope it looks nice but not as nice as the rest of your stuff.

Scope is a mod for AssaultCube. If you install it as scope, it shows up on the sniper. Looks great ingame. . .

Last one was done with the flame filter and a fractal with the eraser, some colorise, some filters and v'ualla!

i have never liked gimp I always think it doesn't look very good for some reason but these arn't that bad.

It's only got a bad rep because any noob can pick it up and draw a stickman with it. PS either takes someone who can download a torrent, or a person with alot of money who will actually devote themselves to it.

what exactly is he/it supposed to be?
i'm guessing that he/it's a rectangular prism. if that is the case, then:
-the horizontal line on the left shouldn't be there. it should be covered by the left face.
-the vertical line at the top part shouldn't be there either. it should be covered by the top face.
the way it is now, the top face and the left face are missing, and the top right corners are connected by a bar. it looks weird.
i dislike how only it's front face is colored. the rest of it is pretty plain. maybe you could add some shading or something.
the texture(?) on his face is a bit dark. it makes the eyes blend in a bit.
there is also red on the eyes. why?
